Liane opened Kavanah Therapy on the coast 2 years ago and works successfully as an Integrated Life Coach, Parks Inner Child Therapist and Psychotherapist in Marbella.  More recently she has successfully launched 1st Aid Spain, a company that aims to reduce the drowning and accident fatalities on the coast.  She enjoys a variety of activities including bringing up her young son, Kite Buggying, Diving, Skiing and Horse riding.    

Liane uses her unique professional and personal skills to enable clients at all levels to reach their personal targets and goals and resolve any impinging issues whether past or present.  1st Aid Spain was developed following the successful recovery from drowning of the director’s son due to the application of emergency 1st aid skills.
 
Liane loves life and believes strongly that everyone has the right to make healthy choices for themselves and enjoy life to the full while reaching their full potential.  She specializes in Parks Inner Child (www.ppfoundation.org) work which for all suitable clients is a once in a lifetime, life changing experience.

Susan is passionate about her work and this is her top priority in choosing other life coaches to work with. ‘If I am not passionate about what I am doing, how can I expect to inspire others and communicate that to others? My passion is my driving force and I know how lucky I am to have found that. However, I believe everyone is passionate about something – sometimes we just have to find it.”

Before setting up the coaching life company, Susan had a long spell of over thirteen years in the fashion industry working for one of the leading fashion houses. Which on paper looked great. Her career was upwardly mobile, she achieved her sales budgets twice yearly resulting in large bonuses and she wore beautiful clothes. Somewhere along the line, Susan changed. “My life felt like an unending series of diary events that I didn’t want to attend.” The values that attracted her to a job of long hours and a large wage no longer satisfied her needs or wants. Susan was very unhappy and unsatisfied. She knew something had to change but she didn’t know how to do it and with added responsibilities of bills to pay and a mortgage – she was scared to make any decisions.

“A friend recommended a Life Coach to me. It took me a week to call her and the rest happened over a period of time. It really was a catalyst for where I am today. I still check-in with her now – three years later. She helped my to uncover my dreams – dust them off and actually make plans to achieve them. I live my dreams. In October 2006 I moved to Marbella to live by the sea in the sun.
As most of the coaching sessions happen on the phone, our business operates in London and Marbella now but really we can offer coaching anywhere in the world so long as you have a phone line.”

Alison has lived and worked on the Costa del Sol for 12 years.  She presently runs her own small Mortgage Advice Company – Mortgage Matters. She has been instrumental in the setting up of the Overseas Mortgage Alliance a group of UK Qualified Mortgage Advisers who are committed to providing professional and ethical mortgage advice in Spain. Alison lives in Marbella with her husband and two dogs.  In her spare time she likes to try and improve her Spanish!
