I have been Team leader for the past 2 years. Running WIB´s has been very challenging but I have enjoyed the challenge and the chance to meet such interesting ladies from every walk of life and made some wonderful friends.
I have lived in Spain for the passed 14 years and came to Spain with my husband Allan ( Technical director of REM radio) and my daughter Catherine. I run my own interior design business, Decorate in Style, and have passion for what I do. I do not have a shop but go to clients homes to discuss requirements and then I am able to source. They always say that decorators have a particular style, but I am a firm believer in going with the flow, each client has their own style and it is for me to interpret. If something really will not work I will tell them. Projects vary from a simple pair of curtains to a complete refurbishment. Soon to be launched www.decorateinstyle.com. |

| Alexandra Collard moved to the Costa del Sol in 2005 from Los Angeles, California. With over 10 years in the fashion, beauty and entertainment industry with her most recent tenure was with the celebrity channel, E! Entertainment Television. Alexandra then moved full time into celebrity styling with the opening of her first store Johnnie Loves Josie. Well known for the wardrobe selection Johnnie Loves Josie grew into a highly successful business and became the wardrobe supplier for the TV and movie industry. With a daughter studying in Kent University she now resides in Estepona and is the Publishing Director of The Beauty Magazine recognized as the best luxury woman’s magazine on the coast. Covering all areas of style, health and beauty The Beauty Magazine is leading the way in innovative features and events and is currently presenting the upcoming Style N’ Beauty Show at the Estepona Palacio de Exposiciones y Congressos on Saturday/Sunday 25 to 26 October 2008. |

She has been instrumental in the setting up of the Overseas Mortgage Alliance a group of UK Qualified Mortgage Advisers who are committed to providing professional and ethical mortgage advice in Spain. Alison lives in Marbella with her husband and two dogs. In her spare time she likes to try and improve her Spanish! |

Liane opened Kavanah Therapy on the coast 2 years ago and works successfully as an Integrated Life Coach, Parks Inner Child Therapist and Psychotherapist in Marbella. More recently she has successfully launched 1st Aid Spain, a company that aims to reduce the drowning and accident fatalities on the coast. She enjoys a variety of activities including bringing up her young son, Kite Buggying, Diving, Skiing and Horse riding.
Liane uses her unique professional and personal skills to enable clients at all levels to reach their personal targets and goals and resolve any impinging issues whether past or present. 1st Aid Spain was developed following the successful recovery from drowning of the director’s son due to the application of emergency 1st aid skills.
Liane loves life and believes strongly that everyone has the right to make healthy choices for themselves and enjoy life to the full while reaching their full potential. She specializes in Parks Inner Child (www.ppfoundation.org) work which for all suitable clients is a once in a lifetime, life changing experience.

Prior to running her own business, Sharon had an international career, working predominantely in the investment banking industry as a communications specialist, living and working in the major financial capitals; Hong Kong, New York and London.
Key roles have included Head of Creative for Financial Markets for the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS); Vice President, eBusiness for ING Barings; Head of Marketing Support for ING Barings Corporate Finance business; Art Director of the Asian Wall Street Journal.
These days Sharon is as comfortable working on an eCommerce website for a homewares store, brand development for a real estate company to print and brochureware for a law firm.
